🚨 How to Request a Return

  1. Email the Warden at warden@prisonerofgolf.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll authorize your return and send you a pre-paid return label plus instructions.

  3. Ship your package to: 11158 W. Wildhorse Peak, Littleton, CO  80127

 

Note: We can’t accept unannounced “breakouts” — always request a return authorization first.


⚠️ Damages & Wrong Shipments

Inspect your gear when it arrives. If anything’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, alert the Warden immediately. We’ll evaluate and get you released with a replacement or full refund—no extra time served.


🚫 Non‐Returnable Contraband

  • Final-sale items (clearance tees, one-offs)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders (personalized designs)

  • Hazardous materials (none of these apply to our apparel!)

If you’re unsure about a specific item, reach out before you serve extra time.


🔄 Exchanges

For the quickest swap, return your original item for credit, then place a new order for the size/style you want.


🇪🇺 EU “Cooling-Off” — 14-Day Request

If you’re in the European Union, you get 14 days to change your mind—no explanation needed. All other return rules apply.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you haven’t seen your refund 15 business days after approval, contact the Warden at warden@prisonerofgolf.com.
